THE ROOT CAUSE PROTOCOL

THE IMPORTANCE OF MAGNESIUM

In this month’s webinar, we will be discussing why magnesium is included in the Root Cause Protocol.

We start the RCP with encouraging slow introduction of ‘mineral drops’ and the ‘adrenal cocktails’ (watch the mineral drops & AC webinar here) but a natural progression for many people is to slowly introduce magnesium.

In this webinar, we will explain the critical value of magnesium in the body, how it helps to reduce inflammation and reduce the impact of excess histamine.

Oxidative stress and inflammation all originate from magnesium deficient cells - when we experience stress in our lives either on the outside or inside, it leads to magnesium being released in the body to help manage the stress.

There is a hierarchy of magnesium loss, which leads to imbalances in other electrolytes, and cascades into bigger metabolic imbalances.

The Root Cause Protocol encourages gentle introduction of magnesium into the body… now you will learn more on the ‘why’, and some more insight into the ‘how to’ as well as FAQ’s that often come up.
